Laundrapp is the UK’s most popular laundry and dry cleaning service, offering on-demand collection and delivery in more than 200 towns across the country.
I was one of Laundrapp‘s first employees, joining before the official launch in 2014 to consult on branding, tone of voice and marketing strategy. As Social Media and Content Manager I delivered consistent 20% month-on-month growth while also working on key PR partnerships.
A typical start-up, Laundrapp gave me the opportunity to work outside the limits of my job description. In addition to driving key metrics, such as customer referrals and social engagements, I managed website development, launched new products and took responsibility for all App Store optimisation.
