Truphone is a global mobile network which enables businesses to seamlessly record mobile communications, as well as benefit from local rates in multiple countries.
I joined Truphone in 2013 as Lead Copywriter, working within the global marketing team to create marketing and technical content for use in eight countries. One of my first projects was working with external agencies such as Elmwood to create an entirely new tone of voice as part of a global re-brand.
In 2014 I created Truphone’s first social media team, taking responsibility for strategy and paid campaigns in five countries. I delivered a +30% increase in followers and over 10k engagements per quarter.
