Truphone is a global mobile network which enables businesses to seamlessly record mobile communications, as well as benefit from local rates in multiple countries.
I joined Truphone in 2013 as Lead Copywriter, creating marketing and technical content for use in eight countries. I also worked with agencies such as Elmwood to develop an entirely new tone of voice as part of a global re-brand.
In 2014 I created Truphone’s first social media team, managing paid campaigns in five countries. I delivered a +30% increase in followers and over 10k engagements per quarter, driving new business and PR opportunities.
Truphone has raised more than $500m in funding since it first launched in 2006.
